To be a Stay At Home Mum

This is what hubby wishes me to be one as soon as I can. 
The 1st question that cross my mind is ''HOW TO??'' 
The living standard in Singapore is damn high, how to cope with only one pay packet???
I really need to think through and calculate very very carefully.

I have read a few articles, think they are pretty useful so share one of them with u guys.
